7 a.m. - 8:28 a.m.

Registration opens on 43rd Street in front of Church.

   
8 - 8:25 a.m. (Mass in church; restrooms downstairs)
   
8:15 a.m. Course closes, barricade set up
   
8:28 a.m. Registration closes
   
8:30 a.m. Race Begins!
   
9:30 a.m. Awards Ceremony
   
10 a.m. Autumn  Daze Parade begins; all winners welcome to be driven in the Pace Car!

Race News:

Running Stroller Championships!

  • August 20, 2010 - The St. Helena Autumn Daze also hosts the Running Stroller Championships! No other race hosts championships for running strollers, so we are it!

And we have expanded prizes this year for Mother-&-Child-in-Stroller as well as Father-&-Child-in-Stroller. This year we're adding Second and Third Place prizes for both parents.

  • August 20, 2010 - We're adding a great Pizza Party Prize at Carbone's for the St. Helena Alumni Class with the most runners!

  • Thanks to the great volunteers who helped at the Get in Gear race on Saturday, April 24. The weather was a challenge again, but we volunteered on the 2K and the 5K courses, and the main water & Gatorade stand. Next year the weather will be beautiful! St. Helena Autumn Daze 5K Registration:

  • Online through Paypal
    • Click the "Add to Cart" button below to pay online (even for multiple runners) to race director Charlie Casserly (cpcasserly@aol.com, 612-722-1839)  All you need is a credit card, a Paypal account is NOT required for payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail message. Multiple-registration payments are accepted!
       
    • Complete and sign Registration and Waiver Form. (Do this ahead of time and save time!)
    • Arrive at Number Pickup Friday or Saturday, hand in waiver form, and receive your race number & T-shirt coupon. Proceed at your leisure to the starting line on Saturday by 8:30 a.m.
       
  • Through the mail, postmarked by Monday, Sept. 13

    Please mail, (for each registrant):
    • Check made out to Church of St. Helena, (do not mail cash), to:

    • Complete and sign Registration and Waiver Form
    • Please pickup race number & T-shirt Friday or Saturday at registration.
