The starting line, registration tables and number pickup on Race day are
on East 43rd Street between 32nd and 33rd Avenues. (On Friday,
Registration & Number Pickup is under the Big Top.) The race
follows the same route of the Autumn Daze Parade, (which starts at 10
a.m. and ends at 11 a.m.)
As this is an out-and-back course, please run on the right-hand side of the
road; this is a race with two-way foot traffic! Google

The race starts at the front door of
the Church on 43rd Street, turns left onto 32nd Avenue for one block,
then turns right onto 44th Street, and goes west for two more
blocks. Turning left again, the race goes south for six blocks
along Nokomis Avenue, crossing both 46th Street and Minnehaha Parkway
until reaching newly-paved 50th Street.
The course turns left again and runs
east down 50th Street, passes safely by the 50th & 34th intersection,
and turns right onto 36th Avenue. The race runs down 36th Avenue
for nearly two blocks and turns around before the intersection of 52nd
Street.
At the turn, the race returns to the
Autumn Daze Festival Grounds on the same route. The finish line
for the race is on 32nd Avenue South, mid-block between 44th and 43rd
Streets, at approximately the driveway into the Festival Grounds.
The course is mostly flat, except for
declines and inclines when approaching and departing the Nokomis Avenue
Minnehaha Creek crossing, just south of 46th street. Inclines and
declines are gradual
and occur over a couple blocks.
