Half-Way to the Autumn Daze 5K!

  • March 15, 2012 -- We are today officially half-way to the Autumn Daze 5K! Only 6 months from now the race is on! It's beautiful weather to start your training!

Get in Gear!

  • March -- Due to our great volunteers in previous years, we're volunteering at the Get in Gear race this year! Saturday, April 28, 2012. We need 30 volunteers this time! Please e-mail the race director to sign up. FREE race food, beverages, T-shirt and extras!

Race Day Timeline:

7 a.m. - 8:28 a.m.

Registration opens on 43rd Street in front of Church.

   
(8 - 8:25 a.m.) (Mass in church; restrooms downstairs)
   
8:15 a.m. Course closes, barricade set up
   
8:28 a.m. Registration closes
   
8:30 a.m. Race Begins!
   
9:30 a.m. Awards Ceremony
   
10 a.m. Autumn  Daze Parade begins; all winners welcome to be driven in the Pace Car!


St. Helena Autumn Daze 5K Registration:

  • Online through Paypal
    • Click the "Add to Cart" button below to pay online (even for multiple runners) to race director Charlie Casserly (cpcasserly@aol.com, 612-722-1839)  All you need is a credit card, a Paypal account is NOT required for payment. You will receive a PERSONAL confirmation e-mail message. Multiple-registration payments are accepted; please make a note with the names of the runners.
    • Online registration ends Friday, Sept. 14, 2011, at 11:59:59 p.m..
       
    • Complete and sign Registration and Waiver Form. (Do this ahead of time and save time!)
    • Arrive at Number Pickup Friday or Saturday, hand in waiver form, and receive your race number & T-shirt coupon. Proceed at your leisure to the starting line on Saturday by 8:30 a.m.
       
  • Through the mail, postmarked by Monday, Sept. 10, or dropped off at Parish Office:

    Please mail, (for each registrant):
    • Check made out to Church of St. Helena, (do not mail cash), to:
        Church of St. Helena 5K, 3204 E 43rd St., Minneapolis MN 55406
    • Complete and sign Registration and Waiver Form
    • Or drop off check & waiver in an envelope at Parish Office, 3204 E. 43rd Street during office hours.
    • Please pickup race number & T-shirt Friday or Saturday at registration.

    Arrive at the starting line on Race Day by 8:30 a.m.
     

  • In Person before Friday, Sept. 14:

    After mass on Saturdays & Sundays during September:

    • Pay $10 cash or check made out to Church of St. Helena
    • Complete & sign Registration & Waiver Form
    • Receive race number & available T-shirt

    Arrive at the starting line on Race Day by 8:30 a.m..
