Meet Fredrick (Fred) Tilbury

Fredrick Tilbury is a six-year-old first grader at St. Helena School in South Minneapolis. Fred loves to ride four wheelers, snowmobile, play with his cars and trucks, and act really silly. He is a handsome, lovable kid whose smile will make your heart melt.

Fred has an aggressive form of brain cancer with multiple tumors, one of which is attacking his brain stem. His cancer is inoperable. Doctors have given him 18 months to live without treatment. With treatment, they may be able to add years to Fred's life, but treatment is very costly.
